Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:

A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is performed or if paid one week or more prior to appointment. Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted in our office.  Extended payment plans are available based on applicant's credit approval.
